These Terms govern use of Business Track, owned and provided by BOTARINS LTD. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Use
You may use Business Track for lawful business record management. You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
2. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of entered records. Reports and exports are generated from your submitted data.
3. Plans and Billing
Business Track offers a 30-day free trial with full access. After the trial, users must pay and receive owner confirmation to continue Pro reports, exports, and profit features: 1 Month - 3,000 RWF, 6 Months - 18,000 RWF, or 12 Months - 35,000 RWF.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. We may suspend access for misuse or security risk.
5. Liability
Business Track is provided as-is. BOTARINS LTD. is not liable for indirect losses, including loss from incorrect user-entered data.
6. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
By utilizing Business Track to log sales, stock, and business expenses, you instruct BOTARINS LTD to act as your Data Processor under Rwanda Law Nº 058/2021. We process your entered records (including customer transactions and inventory lines) solely to run your reports, calculate your profits, and manage your CSV/PDF exports. We implement strict server encryption to ensure these records remain completely private, and we will never look inside or share your detailed business history without your direct command.
